We’re flattered you’ve considered us.

When deciding to get all glammed up by us, please note you are agreeing to abide by the following policies.

• To reserve your session a non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is required. * an appointment is not ‘confirmed’ or ‘reserved’ without a successfully processed deposit.

• Confirmation of availability for your inquired date does not deem your appointment confirmed.

• (1) female guest is permitted to attend your session.

• If you have arrived before your session time, please wait in your vehicle till you receive notice for your session’s commencement.

• Late arrivals:
  - Please communicate if you are running late.
  - An arrival 10 minutes after the session’s start time will incur a $25.00 late fee.
  - A tardy arrival exceeding 15-minutes may be subject to cancellation at the discretion of the artist.

• Cancellation:
  - Security deposits are nonrefundable.
  - Cancellations made within 24-hr or on the same day will require the full balance to be paid.
  * Failure to provide payment will prevent you from booking a future appointment.

• Hairstyling:
  If a hairstyling session has been booked, hair must be freshly washed and completely blow-dried so it is ready for styling. We do not wash hair.
  * Arrival to your session with damp, wet, dirty, or curly hair will incur a $35 blow dry fee.

• Our space is a private, by appointment, ladies only zone. Men are not permitted into your session.

• NOT permitted into your session: children, pets, e-cigarettes.
